Shipping:

1. Our standard shipping service is JNE, TIKI, or J&T, depending on the availability of the courier.

2. The estimated delivery time depends on the courier's service.

3. Shipping will be processed on the same day or the next day.

How to Care for Your Jewelry:

1. Use jewelry appropriately and with care.

2. Do not expose jewelry to objects or chemicals such as makeup, cosmetics, and the like.

3. Do not wear jewelry during strenuous activities.

4. Remove jewelry when swimming because pool water contains chlorine.

5. Do not store or rub jewelry with other jewelry or objects to avoid friction.

6. Place and store jewelry on a soft surface.

7. Wash and clean jewelry regularly with warm water.

8. We offer a free lifetime cleaning service to all Formee Jewelry customers.

Formee Jewelry Terms and Conditions:

1. Purchased items have been thoroughly inspected by the buyer.

2. Online promotional prices are valid for online transactions only.

3. Resale and exchange conditions require the original certificate of purchase, and the item will be inspected by Elegance to determine whether it meets the applicable terms and conditions.

4. Items that have been modified or repaired, including the addition of engraving, can be resold at a 30% discount (provided the item is in prime condition).

5. Resale gold is purchased at market price from the store, according to the stated grade and in good condition.

6. Resale of diamond jewelry (yellow and white gold) is subject to a 20% discount on the original purchase price stated on the certificate (in Rupiah) provided the item is in good and prime condition (no damage, dents, or chips). Items that are not in prime condition can be appraised by request, and Elegance Jewelry reserves the right to refuse the return if the item does not meet the store's standards. Resale of GIA-certified diamonds is subject to a 15% discount on the original purchase price stated on the certificate/invoice (in Rupiah) provided the item is in prime condition. (If there is a significant change in the price of the report, the store will have a discretion regarding the pricing of GIA and IGI diamonds.)

7. Formee Jewelry items listed as gifts on the certificate (without a nominal value) cannot be resold.

8. Exchanging diamond jewelry for a higher price (trade-in) will result in a 15% discount on old jewelry (provided the item is in prime condition).

9. Jewelry with pearls cannot be resold.

10. Custom items with general designs can be resold at a 30% discount (provided the item is in prime condition). Custom-designed items cannot be resold, including custom-made frames with stones/pearls.

11. Jewelry with colored gemstones such as rubies, sapphires, emeralds, and similar items is subject to a 25% discount (provided they are in prime condition).

12. The refund period for resold items is a maximum of 3 (three) banking days under normal conditions.

13. Purchases at our store include free cleaning.

14. Formee Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if any action is found to be detrimental to Formee Jewelry or violates Formee Jewelry's terms and conditions for any reason.

15. Formee Jewelry reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice, and this is entirely at Formee Jewelry's discretion.
